U11 Skills Development Team

The West Royalty U11 Development Program is designed for players looking to take the next step in their softball development and gain experience in a more competitive environment. The program is intended to help prepare young athletes for future opportunities at higher skills of fastpitch, and the commitment typically found in U13 AA softball. It provides motivated players with additional instruction, advanced skill development, and increased game experience against strong competition. 

Players selected will participate in extra practices focused on individual skills, game awareness, teamwork, and player development. The team will have travel opportunities to compete against strong off-island opponents, giving players valuable exposure to higher levels of competition, helping them continue to grow both on and off the field. These experiences are designed to challenge players, build confidence, and prepare them for future competitive softball opportunities.

The U11 Development Team is intended to complement, not replace, the regular softball season. Players selected to the development roster will continue to play with their island club team while also participating in additional tournaments, practices, and development opportunities with the West Royalty program.
