2026 Registration
Registering on time helps ensure a smoother start to the season for players, coaches, and families.
Softball registration typically opens in late February or early March and closes at the end of April. Early registration is important because it allows the Board of Directors time to properly plan for the upcoming season, including determining player numbers, organizing evaluations for A and AA teams, registering teams with Softball PEI, recruiting coaches, and preparing equipment and uniforms for all players.
West Royalty, in partnership with Softball PEI, offers programs for girls in the U9, U11, U13, U15, U17, and U19 age divisions.
The 2026 registration deadline has now passed. If you are interested in registering late, please get in touch with us with the player’s name and age division. We will do our best to find an available team for them to play on.
2026 Registration requires creating an account with our RAMP registration system.

West Royalty Photography Policy
During registration, all parents and players are asked whether they grant permission to be photographed and have their images used by the West Royalty Rockets. Players who do not provide consent will be excluded from photographs published on our website, Facebook page, and from team photos. While we make every effort to respect those requests, mistakes can occasionally occur. If we make a mistake, please contact our Communications Director, and the image will be removed from our platforms and deleted as soon as possible.
